There are so many activities available in the Port Huron area and space constraints allow me to only mention a few of them here. MainStreet has a Welcome Center that offers a lot of information about the city of Port Huron and they sponsor many events throughout the year. These events include IceFest, the Port Huron to Mackinac Boat Race, Happy Apple Days and Merry MainStreet to name a few.

Mackinac Race	810.985.8843 MainStreet Port Huron	7/17 - 7/19/2003	Family night is held on Thursday before the actual race which is early Saturday morning. This 79th annual race is the world's largest freshwater sporting event.
Happy Apple Days	810.965.8848 MainStreet Port Huron	10/11/2003	A harvest celebration for all ages, horse & carriage rides, a pie eating contest, and a roller racer obstacle course. Free apples and cider at participating stores.
Halloween Parade	810.965.8848 Travel Michigan	10/25/2003	Join all the ghosts and goblins and other scary creatures as area kids and adults parade through downtown Port Huron. Trick-or-Treat at downtown stores following parade. Parade begins at 4:00 p.m.
St. Clair County 4-H & Youth Fair	810.989.5400 SCC 4H Fair	7/28 - 8/2 2003	This annual fair is a "must see" event. It is great fun for all ages. Activities include a talent show, rodeo, pony pull, chainsaw carving, petting farm, and a demolition derby to name a few.
Blue Water Indian Celebration	810.982.0891 BWIC	8/9 - 8/10 2003	Held in Port Huron's beautiful Pine Grove Park, this celebration is always one of Port Huron's finest. Please come and browse the many trader booths, sample authentic Native foods, and enjoy a spectacular show of Native American dancing at its finest!
